Will UK's MRCP post-graduation medical degrees escape Indian regulation?

It all started with the MCI issuing a notification in March last year that postgraduate medical qualifications awarded in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand would be considered equivalent to MD/MS/DM/MCh for teaching appointments at the level of assistant professors.
